Write to the workshop and a person answers. We read everything sent to the address below, usually within two working days.

Good things to ask about: which length suits a collar, whether a cuff will close on a small wrist, what a maker's wording means on a specific piece. We cannot look up an order, change an address or process a return, because the sale happens at our retail partner and only they can see it.

We can help with what a specification says and does not say, which sizes exist, and how something behaves in use. We cannot look up an order, change a delivery date or take a return: those live with the retail partner where the order was placed.
